“We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff” is governed by the following terms and conditions. It is important that you read and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below before doing business with us. In the following text “We,” “US,” “Our,” and “The Company” means “We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff;” “Products” refers to every product that is available on the site, whereas “You,” “Yourself,” “Your,” “The Customer” and “User” means user of the website and customers of the products. You cannot use the products or services or accept the following terms and conditions if you are not of legal age.

We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff sells products and services through the Internet. Considering The Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by the site online; the purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services of the client in the site.

Confidentiality: It is the responsibility of We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff to preserve the confidentiality of all the data and information provided by The Customer during the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and necessary steps have been taken to ensure the security of the site.

Customer Service: The Customer can email customer service to resolve any doubts, requests or complaints about their purchase, payment, delivery, or other. Customer service can be accessed via the contact us form.

Delivery Policy: The deadline for delivery of the ordered Product will be communicated during the purchase, which is counted in working days. The deliveries of the Products are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and on holidays.

Up to three delivery attempts will be carried out at the place informed, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is vital that at the requested address an authorized person over 18 years old, carrying identification document should be there to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned.

Upon completion of the request, it is not possible to change the payment method and / or delivery address.

The delivery time communicated during the purchase process takes into account the inventory, the region, the invoice issuing process and the preparation time to get the product ready.

The freight value of the delivery is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Products.

We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff does not authorize the carrier to:

Enter the home;

Deliver by alternative means

Perform installation or maintenance of products;

Open the product’s packaging;

Deliver at an address different from the one mentioned by the customer;

Carry out delivery to a minor or any person without identification documents.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

REFUND/CANCELLATION

The Customer shall be entitled to claim refund, or cancel the order. In these situations following conditions shall be observed:

The period of cancellation of the purchase of any Product is up to 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.

The product must be mailed to We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff in its original packaging and condition.

The Customer must request the return through customer service. Expenses arising from the collection or posting of the Product will be borne by The Customer.

Upon arrival of the product We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff will verify if the above conditions have been met. If so, we will process the refund.

We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff is exempt from the obligation to cancel any product that does not fulfill the requirements listed in the description.

Exchange and Returns Policy: All occurrences involving exchange or return will be governed as per the following terms and conditions.

The Customer must email and request the exchange or return through the Customer Service. Expenses arising from the collection or posting of the Product will be borne by The Customer.

The product must be mailed to We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff in its original packaging and condition.

Upon arrival of the product, We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will process the refund or exchange as per the policy.

Exchange of products: The Customer may change the size or color of the Fashion items, or exchange them for any other product available for sale on the site, regardless of category. The deadline for requesting the exchange in cases where there is a defect in the Product is 14 calendar days, counted from the date of delivery.

We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff is exempt from the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any product if the Customer Service department does not receive a request within the deadline or in cases where the Product is not in its original packing.

 

LIMITED LIABILITY

You cannot sue We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff, Jaff Foundation for Education, or Hanna Jaff for not giving complete profit as donation to any non-profit organization. We will only share a certain percentage of our profit to Jaff Foundation for Education after expenses have been paid off. Thus, You cannot, in any court of law, claim that we are liable to share any specific percentage of our earnings. We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff and Jaff Foundation for Education reserves the rights to change, amend, or revise the percentage of profit it shares with any non-profit organization. We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff shall, in no situation, whatsoever, accept the liability or dangers arising from using any and all of its products by any individual. We carefully devise the messages to be printed on our clothing items, but in no case we will be liable to clarify our intentions about any message.

We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff reserves the right to update, change, or revise its terms and conditions anytime and only the updated policies will apply on all existing and new clients. Without prejudice, if a court finds “We Are One Campaign by Hanna Jaff” liable to its customer regarding any matter, then Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount the customer has paid.
